bea recovers from memory loss
New York -- the BEA and bowery email server is recovering from memory loss.
The memory upgrade for the machine was causing lots of problems - it turns out the memory chips were bad. So the machine finally crashed this weekend and was down for 2 days. The old memory has now been re-fitted, reducing the main memory to a mere 64MB. Which means the machine will be slower now. BEA is accepting donations of 60nS, 72-pin FPM SIMMS in pairs.
